Ticket Reservation Policy
All unpaid ticket reservations must be paid for within two weeks of the date the reservation is made or one week before the performance date, whichever comes sooner. Tickets not paid for in the allotted time will be put back on sale. Unpaid reservations will not be accepted beginning one week before the show. Processing and facility maintenance fees are applied to all orders.
Ticket Exchange Policy
As of September 1, 2013, the privilege of returning your tickets for an on-line credit at the Box Office will be reserved exclusively for Clemens Center members. Members must return their tickets to the Box Office at least 2 business days prior to the performance to receive an on-line credit for future use at the Clemens Center. All non-member sales are final. Anyone may exchange and/or upgrade tickets for another performance within the same show on a best available basis. All ticket exchanges must be done at the Clemens Center Box Office in person. Service charges may be applied to returned, exchanged, upgraded or lost tickets depending on the type of request, so please inquire at the Box Office. Ticket returns and exchanges cannot be authorized without the tickets.
