Reimagining the familiar fairy tale\, this opera explores critical themes of loneliness and belonging\, balancing safety with welcome\, and treating others with compassion–all through an interactive and imaginative setting! The event will take place on the Powers Theater at the Clemens Center. The event will start at 10 am and is expected to last an hour. Community members should sign up through the museum’s website or by calling the museum at 607-734-4167. CCHS is also encouraging other communities to host their own reading of this important document. The event will be filmed to be a companion piece to the upcoming exhibit\, Voice and Votes\, a Smithsonian traveling exhibit on display throughout New York State.
